There are three different ways that you as an Administrator can invite an employee: Via import, by doing it manually or via e-mail. Follow the steps in this article to learn how to do it.

Add an employee via import

In order to add an employee via import, you must first have access to a service account in Velory. The service account has to be connected to the portal you want to import employees to. To get to the page where you can import employees, you must go to Profile -> Company -> Import. Download the import template shown on the page, and then fill in the data of the users you want to invite. Save the file as a CSV and finally upload it to the page to complete the import.

Add an employee manually

To add an employee manually, start by going to "Asset Management" in the navigation bar, click "Employees" and then go to "Add Employee". Fill in the information in the fields. The fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. Then fill in the employment information on the page, select a budget and add a package if you want. Lastly, click on "Create employee".

Add an employee via email

You can add an employee via email by going to Profile -> Settings -> Invitations. Then click Invitations -> New Invitation. Enter the email address of the people you want to invite, then click "Send Invitations". The employees will then receive an invitation where they can fill in the information themselves. This way they can review everything quickly to ensure that everything looks correct.
